Charleston Landing is patterned after the neighborhoods that flourished during the 1920's. Our goal is to build more than just rows of houses or a gated community surrounding a golf course. Charleston Landing will have a special character influenced by the past. The re-emergence of the front porch is a part of the Charleston philosophy of recreating a neighborhood. Also, locating homes closer to sidewalks allows residents sitting on their porches to converse with passersby. And - friendly, walkable, tree-lined streets encourage residents to utilize the "street -as-an-amenity" concept.
